1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mechanics Lien Tracker (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. Construction & Legal Disclaimer (Not Legal Advice)

Mechanics Lien Tracker is an analytical milestone tracking tool designed to assist contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in organizing statutory deadlines. The Application does NOT provide legal advice or formal attorney representation. Mechanics lien laws vary substantially by jurisdiction and are subject to frequent statutory amendments and court interpretations. Users should consult a qualified construction law attorney licensed in their jurisdiction for formal legal counsel.

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal Terms

Mechanics Lien Tracker offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly Pro and Annual Pro) and non-consumable Single Jobsite Passes:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original purchase price.
• Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developers of Mechanics Lien Tracker be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost lien rights, missed statutory deadlines, defective notice filings, or payment disputes arising out of the use of this Application.
